20th June 2006 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: 30 knots Surf / Sea State: 2-3 fot messy surf Air Temperature: 15ºC Sea Temperature: 17ºC Weather: Driving Rain Max Speed: Distance Covered: I went out just as the wind went reaaly mad for a while. Maxed out the whole time on my 5m, so couldn't really do much but blast out and back and go for BIG jumps.... Lovely. Had a really good time, then the wind picked up a little more and I had a couple of mad survival runs just managing to hold on before deciding enough was enough. Wish I had taken my new 4m sail out really, but the wind dropped off a bit once I got off the water, so I'm glad I didn't go home and change down. |
